The GEMSTONE all-solid-state battery, introduced in 2024, has made significant progress with a 90% yield rate in pre-production. It boasts a 60% increase in ion conductivity and 150% higher cell capacity. The reduced stacking pressure pre-tension enhances assembly efficiency, and the battery has successfully passed safety tests, paving the way for road testing.
The G-Yuan quasi-solid-state battery delivers an impressive energy density of 300Wh/kg, supporting extended electric vehicle ranges exceeding 1,000 kilometers. Its innovative solid-solid interface technology ensures ion transport stability, and safety tests have confirmed its reliability. With a cycle life of 12 years or 10,000 cycles, the G-Series battery is a robust solution for long-haul electric trucks.
The Grid Q stands out as the world’s first 20MWh-per-unit energy storage system, incorporating innovative cooling technology and a modular design for space optimization. With a 25-year design life and advanced safety features, including AI-based operation, the Grid Q system ensures reliable and efficient energy storage for various applications.
The Astroinno Gen-2 battery, with its rapid 10-minute charging capability and high energy density of 240Wh/kg, offers exceptional performance for electric vehicles. Retaining 93% capacity even at -20°C and preventing thermal propagation at the PACK level, this battery enables impressive ranges for both battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and range-extended electric vehicles (REEVs).
